I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes by LLC “W-Geo Restaurants,” LLC “Viendi,” LLC “Dan Georgia,” and LLC “Sabgeorgia” (acting jointly as joint controllers), so that the following personal data: first name, last name, phone number, email, gender, date of birth, order history, and customer behavior may be used by the companies to share planned activities and promotional messages with me. I am informed that messages will only be shared with me if I express the corresponding consent.

I confirm that this consent is given by me freely, of my own free will, and serves my interests.

Withdrawal of consent is carried out through the following methods:

Via the Application:

  • By using the Opt-Out function for direct marketing consent in the Profile Settings.
  • Via the refusal mechanism: by sending a corresponding notification to the contact email: office-assistant@wendys.ge

I am informed that to withdraw consent or exercise other legal rights, I may contact any joint controller, and the joint controllers will cease processing my personal data for direct marketing purposes within a reasonable time after receiving my request, but no later than 7 (seven) business days.

The time and fact of granting and withdrawing consent shall be recorded and stored by the company for the duration of the direct marketing activities and for 1 (one) year after the cessation of direct marketing activities.
