Written consent of the data subject to the processing of personal data

I consent to the processing of my personal data, namely: first and last name, email
address, phone number, gender, date of birth, other information and/or data, the processing of
which is permitted by the legislation of Georgia, gives a possibility of personal identification and
is necessary for the purpose of purchasing products from Wendy’s/Dunkin'/Subway. I also
consent to the collection, recording, organization, storage, modification, recovery, demand back,
use, blocking, deletion or destruction of my personal data. This consent is given by me
voluntarily, of my own free will and serves my interests.
By marking/confirming the specified consent in electronic form, you confirm that you
agree with this Personal Data Protection Policy and that the information you provide is accurate

and truthful. The information is provided by you voluntarily and for this, you have all rights and
permissions stipulated by the legislation.  
I have been informed that my personal data will be processed in accordance with the
Georgian data protection legislation, according to Article 12, only on the basis of my written
consent.
Consent is given for an unlimited period. I was also informed that I have the right to ask the company to
stop processing my data also for direct marketing purposes by sending an email to: office-assistant@wendys.ge
Also, processing the data by phone or e-mail shall be stopped from using mechanism –
NOSMS/UNSUBSCRIBE. In such case, company will stop processing the data in a reasonable time, but no later
than 7 (seven) working days.
The time for giving consent or requesting termination of data processing shall be fixed by the company
during direct marketing and within one (1) year after termination of data processing.
